Paul Miller – President
Paul joined Aptitude in early 2006 with the mission of growing Aptitude to a fully national player in the county recording market. Paul joined Aptitude from Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), where he led strategic technology programs and new software development efforts for several of FIS’s business lines. Prior to joining FIS, Paul led a software development company focused on bringing web-based solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Paul began his career with Andersen Consulting after earning his BSEE and MBA from Cornell University. A native of the Finger Lakes area, Paul lived in Rochester for several years before moving to Florida where he now resides with his wife and two sons.

Tom McGrath – Vice President of Development Services
Tom McGrath is a key contributor at Aptitude Solutions and is recognized for his achievements as Director of Automation at Broward County, Florida where he has proven to be an industry leader. It was here that the staff at Aptitude first partnered with Tom in co-developing the OnCore Recording System. As a leader in electronic recording, Tom McGrath offers the insight of the internal processes within County Government and a comprehensive understanding of the issues affecting these offices and staff.

Tim Nemethy – Vice President of Sales
Tim Nemethy oversees all Account Managers for Aptitude Solutions. In addition Tim has the capacity to negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts between Aptitude Solutions and its customers.

Jennean Hutcheson – Director of Customer Services
Jennean Hutcheson is responsible for the direction of Aptitude Solutions Support Team and Project Managers. She is involved in all aspects relating to the installation, support and direction of county projects for OnCore and Ancillary Product Suites. Jennean has been involved in over 40 county related projects during her tenure at Aptitude.

Nicole Graff – Director of National Accounts
Nicole Graff is directly responsible for all accounts and Account Managers on the Sales Division. Nicole is a primary resource during the contract negotiation phase and will be an additional resource to the county during the course of the project.

Jesse Shade - Director of Court Solutions
Jesse is responsible for development and evolution of the ShowCase comprehensive court case management system. He directly leads all efforts related to ShowCase’s system architecture, development staff, customer liaison team, product delivery, training, and support team.
