The OnCore Recording System automatically includes eRecording reception at no additional cost. Using the OnCore Recording System, Counties are able to accept any PRIA standard submission, regardless of source. Counties are able to accept submissions from Applause, Simplifile, Ingeo, US Recordings, eCloz, or any submitter that follows PRIA standards. Applause is Aptitude’s client-server based eRecording creation and submission software based on the National PRIA standard and is not a proprietary system. Applause is designed to operate in local title agencies and local government offices, outside of the Recording Office.

Aptitude Solutions is highly involved in the eRecording Community at a local and national level. Our staff worked with the national organization, PRIA Property Records Industry Association, to author Chapter 6 of the most current 2.0 DTD Data Type Definition.

PRIA Model 1 – This submission includes a scanned image with no associated indexing data (Tiff, PDF, etc).

PRIA Model 2 – This submission includes a scanned image in addition to associated data/indexing information (Tiff, PDF, etc + XML data). XML data can be manually keyed or imported from an existing data source, such as from the state Child Support Enforcement department database for recording child support enforcement liens.

PRIA Model 3 – This submission includes an image with imbedded data (XHTML or PDF with imbedded data). Requires template customization.

Electronic Payment Methods – Applause eRecording Submissions to the OnCore Recording System can handle all standard electronic payment methods including escrow, electronic check, ACH debit, ACH credit, Credit Card, etc.
