Scan First Technology
Up-front scanning in OnCore allows the County to reduce the internal paper flow and easily manage the workload by moving the image electronically rather than pushing the paper.

Automatic Document Queuing
Provides the County with the ability to manage the internal flow of imaged documents through the recording process. OnCore offers built in electronic queuing with corresponding reports to guide supervisors through distributing the workload by identifying the number of outstanding documents for each process.

Electronic Digital Stamping
Recording book and page information is electronically stamped on every page, eliminating the need for slip printers. The County has the capability of customizing the stamp for each page.

Flexible Workflow
Allows for complete customization of workflow management, tailored to each individual County’s volume and workspace environment.

Immediate Document Return
Due to OnCore's scan up front and quality control, you can fully service the front counter and hand the documents back to the customer immediately over the counter. This eliminates the bulk of mailback and the need for document retention/liability while the paper is being held in your office.

eRecord Enabled
Incorporates the latest technology to transmit documents electronically over a secure connection to the Clerk’s office. Once received, the documents are unwrapped, checked for validity and digital signatures, receipted, stamped, and indexed. Aptitude Solutions adheres to developing standards through organizations such as MISMO and PRIA.

Back Posting Capabilities
OnCore offers built in features for adding index data to older (non-indexed) images. Back indexing then allows for easier search access for the public on historical images.

Marriage License Generator
County can use OnCore’s Marriage Web Kiosk to generate the Marriage License state form through a Word merge document, and calculate the necessary fees for the License to be recorded.

ONCORE ONLINE SEARCH ENGINES: Our Public Records Online Search Engine provides public access via the web to County Records' Databases.  Users can perform both a detailed and/or a simple search on County records.  Dependent on the county, the Public Records Online Search Engine also provides multiple tools to view the image as well as multiple criteria by which to search.
